So..the pace has definitely galloped up a notch this week. These are the last days before all insanity breaks out. As a delegate, I am being bombarded with requests for my presence at this and that event and for what everyone wants more of…time.Now before I forget ..I promised my pals to always list in every “moto” an unknown event. Can you tell I’ve been watching the Olympics (BMX cycling) while writing this? Here it is…FREE…anyone can go….This Saturday…August 23rd 7pm Renaissance Denver Hotel in Stapleton…(don’t be late..you’ll miss it) and you’ll never find this on any of the fancy websites or lists….FREE….you can hear…Kathleen Sibelius, the current governor of Kansas. Okay ..Okay..you ask why Kansas ?…why some governor from a state that Coloradoans really don’t care about…?Well..Kathleen is a rising star and besides Hillary…she would have been Obama’s Vice Presidential female choice. She won’t get it now..too many reasons to list here..but I, for one, want to go check her out because I want to find why she made it to the top of the pack…
So..on that web page… go to the second choice..notice it is has 0 in the cost box..just sign up and you’re in… You could probably just show up..but they’ll ask for your email..heck..everyone wants your email these days…Now I’m biased ..I also want to hear Jared Polis. One… he is going to be my US congressman…Two…he is so fiercely independent…I’d like to see Nancy Pelosi or some PAC tell him how to vote…Three…I’m in all his commercials…(that’s another whole story..) I told you I’m biased. Last piece on this…Deval Patrick, Donna Rose, Keith Boykin, and Betsy Markey will also be there. If you don’t who they are..why are you reading my blog?..okay it’s late ..I’m getting flip…Tomorrow…How the heck do delegates now what to do next week..??
