Oregon House Speaker endorses Obama

Jeff Merkley, Speaker of the Oregon House, has endorsed Sen. Barack Obama. Merkeley, who is running for U.S. Senate, is not a super delegate, however. Oregon has 12 super delegates, and the band of five who earlier this month who announced it's too early for them to commitment - urging people instead to campaign now for the candidate of their choice - have not been swayed by Merkley's move.

Oregon House Speaker endorses Obama

Let me tell you this. This two party system does not serve us at all. Any politician according to the temperament of the times can morph into what he believes the American people want because of this two party system.
